1) I have to agree that this project annual growth rate is truly attractive.
2) It is undenial that it is a good investment from the growth rate, rental yield, except the profit/loss ratio.
3) If buying for own stay, this is not the best area that you should be looking for.
4) This area is notorious for short term rental, thus, persistent and regular in/out of tenant is a common scence in this area.
5) You may look for somewhere further down towards Eunos, Telok Kurau and Kembangan for own stay purpose.

From my personal experience, if the project has many units that are tenanted out, usually the common areas are not very well maintained as majority of the owners are investors and are not so particular about the general upkeep of the property.
